A: A.You need to follow a regular exercise pattern. Start being active – climb stairs, walk to wherever you have to go, go for a one hour walk everyday, march on the spot, skip. Also, eat healthy – stop fried foods, refined flour, aerated drinks, and processed ready made foods. Have lots of water and fruits.

A: A.. Have lots of water, herbal teas, nuts and fruits between meals. Also, avoid eating fried foods, refined flour, aerated drinks, pickles, alcohol, and ready made processed foods. These rob the body of nutrients making your skin look tired and dull. Also, add some form of exercise – a walk, swim anything. It is almost like getting a facial as your blood circulation increases.

A: A.What medicines are you talking about? I cant say anything unless I know what exactly you are having. You seem to be constipated. For that, I would have to know your diet.

A: A. Before we start on any dietary changes it is necessary to do your entire blood profile i.e. B12, D3, calcium, C.B.C., total cholesterol, blood sugar fasting and stools E.S.R. This is needed so we know that they are no deficiencies or disorders. Till then add nuts like peanuts, cashew nuts and almonds about 200 Gms. Have milk with honey and 2 bananas daily. Shift to organic food as chemicals is the cause of degenerative disease and depletes calcium and vitamins, causes a lot of body pain. It stops weight loss, increases size, as chemicals pumped in them to make them look big are indirectly ingested by us. Eat early dinner by 7.30 to 8p.m. Have plenty of water, whole grains, 50% of the food should be fruits and vegetables. Use filtered or cold pressed oils like ground nut, sesame mustard. Some common known brands are Greenway and Conscious. Cut down on caffeine add herbal teas and infusions like peppermint apple cinnamon, green tea, jasmine.

A: A. Yoga is the best exercise for losing the weight and is a permanent method. Alternate with walking, swimming, dancing etc. Have organic honey with hot water and lemon in the morn. And only fruits till twelve. A salad and veges with both your meals and only two serving of protein in the entire day. Alcohol is a total no-no. Avoid – Fried sweets, chocolates, alcohol, aerated drinks, processed food, sherbets, honey, jams, pickles, butter, cheese, sugar, jaggery, ghee, smoking, red meat, egg yolk, ice cream, cakes, cream biscuits, fruit juice, nuts. Turn all foods to organic foods, have plenty of water. Make sure your food is prepared in minimum oil – Try ground nut, sesame, mustard or olive oil.

A: A. Include al kinds of fruits and vegetables in your diet everyday. They supply essential vitamins, minerals and fiber. They also provide bulk giving you a sensation of fullness and prevent you from eating more fattening foods. Vegetables and fruits are an excellent source of natural sugars and antioxidants. Include nuts and seeds in your diet. Have plenty of water throughout the day. You do not need to avoid rice but you can have a lesser quantity in the day. Avoid fried foods, sweets, alcohol, aerated drinks, processed, refined food, jams, pickles, butter, cheese, sugar, smoking, red meat, chocolates, egg yolk, ice cream, cakes, cream biscuits, fruit juices and too much oil. Go organic! Brands like Conscious and Greenway sell organic products which boost your health significantly. You could follow the diet given below First thing in the morn: 1 glass warm water with honey and lemon squeezed.
