Papain is an endolytic cysteine protease which is isolated from papaya latex. The papain has strong biological activity and the decomposing ability of protein. It can incorporate any of a wide variety of enzymes and increase the rate of biological changes such as the ripening of fruit. At the end of enzyme catalysed reaction the enzyme itself is unchanged and is able to react again. Hence it can help to stimulate protein synthesis and repair.
Features of the Products
High enzymatic activity: up to 3,000,000 u/g, which is fat superiorto the domestic level of 1,500,000 u/g and the level abroad, 6,000 u/g. (equal to the level of 2,000,000 u/g by ultraviolet way in China ).
Low loss of the enzymatic activity: Employed the proprietary protection way, the products form the micro-capsule structure, decreasing the heat loss of the activity and the oxidization of the enzyme.
High purity: Due to the ultrafiltation lyophil, the products enjoy high purity.
