SIDE - EFFECTS OF DIETS

Because of sudden change in eating habits, some side effects
are inevitable. Here''s how to tackle them.
BAD BREATH: When following a low - carb diet,more fat is
broken down which releases substances Known as ketones.
These are lost in urine and also come out via the breath.
HEADACHES: Can sometimes be withdrawal effect from suddenly
cutting out caffein, and it shouldn''t continue for than three
days.
DIZZINESS : Sudden dizziness, and ear noises(ringing in the ear)
are some of the most common diet side effects caused by a
temporary nutriental imbalance.
GASTROENTRIC DISORDER : Irregular meal times and skipping meals
confuses the body, weakening digestability and causing frequent
burning sensations.
DEPRESSION: When living on less energy, the body droops and sags
and a melancholy mood sets in, which can lead to increasing
irritation and annoyance.
CONSTIPATION: When food intake decreases, the decline in the
intestinal function causes constipation.
EDEMA: A lack of nutrition weakens the functions that maintain
balance in the body, such as bodily fluids, causing the body
to swell more easily.
SKIN ABNORMALITIES:Unreasonable dieting will cause deficiences
of iron and other minerals. If the imbalance is severe,excessive
amounts of fats are lost and the skin will atrophy and become
rough.
MENSTRUAL IRREGULARITIES: If a state of nutritional imbalance
continues, and body fat percentage is too low,women experience
menstrual irregularties.In extreme cases,infertlility become a
possibility.
