IT''S TIME TO KICK THAT BUTT

(Practical AYURVEDIC TIPS TO QUIT SMOKING)
The best way to break a bad habit is to replace it with a
healthy one,"says Ayurveda. It also believes that
unhealthy habits such as smoking and drugs have
